AgCRAZY Returns Policy

AgCRAZY wants to make purchasing simple and easy. We understand the concerns and hesitations that come with purchasing online:  will my purchase be damaged during shipping?  What if I order the wrong part?  Will my purchase work as planned?

To ease your mind, AgCRAZY has adopted a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy.  If you wish to return your purchase within 30 days after the order was placed, simply email [email protected] with your order number and express your intent to return.  We ask that you pay for shipping the product back to us.  Once we process the return, we will issue a refund in the form payment was received.  Returns only apply to new, unused products.

If a product needs replaced due to non-conformity or damage from shipping, email [email protected] referencing the order number and we will replace the product at no cost to you.
