I mainly focus on AFS Connect along with Sprayer and Applicator Parts. I have 6 Years experience in both the Ag Industry and with Bane-Welker Equipment. Some of my favorite moments of my job have been being part of the CNH trainings for the customers. I really enjoy working with the AFS Department. One of the challenges within my job has been working on sorting out the Vehicle Management System and moving the machines into the appropriate dealership and customer accounts.

I focus on all Precision Farming product lines available at BWE. I have 17 years’ experience in the Precision Farming Industry, and I have been with BWE for 8 months. Some of my favorite moments that have happened during my job have included producing successful solutions to customer problems. I enjoy interacting with customers and seeing my fellow team members grow professionally the most in my role. The biggest challenge I face is keeping up with the constant changes in technology.

I mainly focus on factory, AgLeader, and Trimble products. Some of my favorite moments in my job have included working late with many customers and getting to eat a good home cooked meal with them. I will hit my 6-year mark with Bane-Welker Equipment and in the Ag Industry in March of 2023. I enjoy being on the farm with customers and building relationships the most in my role. Planting season is a challenge in itself. No two planter and tractor combos are the same so figuring out and solving some of the problems can be challenging.

I like to say I’m most savvy with Trimble and Ag Leader products but would like to expand my knowledge to all precision farming product lines. I have about a year of experience in the Precision field and with BWE. One of my favorite moments that happened within my job is understanding the challenges and understanding a solution to help the customer. I enjoy the people I work with, meeting new customers and satisfying the customers I have now. The biggest challenge within my job is learning new technology since it’s always changing and realizing there is more than one solution to almost every problem in AFS.

I try to focus on the top three brands, AgLeader, Precison Planting, and CNH/OEM. I have 8 years of experience and Bane-Welker as a service technician in May of 2015 performing a variety of repairs during those years. I have been the Precision Farming Specialist for Lacrosse since January of 2022. I always enjoy those turn the key on and it works correctly after a repair moments! In my previous role for Bane-Welker I always enjoyed using my truck crane. Interacting with my customers and providing them with service to help them be productive and profitable is what I enjoy most. The farming community is one of a kind and with this job I get a front row seat to it all! (sometimes the drivers seat)

I specialize in Ag leader, Trimble, SurePoint and CNH Technologies. Though I’ve only been with the BWE team for a couple weeks, I think my favorite moment was my first day walking into a new store with new opportunities. I’m new to the Precision industry but come with roughly 15 years of Ag experience. What I enjoy most about my Job is the opportunity to help our customers understand the products we sell and the benefits to using them on their operations. The biggest challenge I face today is learning the different products we offer, and where they fit on our customers’ farming operation.

I mainly focus on O.E.M, Raven, AgLeader and Precision planting. I've been around agriculture my entire life, been around the industry since 2016 and I have been with Bane-Welker since 2019 following an internship with the company in 2017. I enjoy helping and establishing relationships with growers, whether it be when they are broken down and need immediate assistance. Or when they are trying to advance their farm utilizing precision technology for economic and agronomic gains, and they know they can come to me because I truly do have their best interest in mind.

I specialize in our Ag Leader products. I have 2 years of precision experience, starting with my time at Ohio State University then moving to Ames, Iowa to work for Ag leader as an intern, then back to Ohio to finish my degree. In January 2022, I started working for Bane-Welker Equipment part time then switched to a full time PFS position after graduation in June 2022. Some of my favorite moments within my role has happened when I've been able to solve issues for growers and make them happy. I also enjoy meeting new people. It can be challenging when fixing issues to think of the whole picture, because every issue typically has a different fix or solution.

I would say that I specialize or focus on fertilizer application. I have 10 years of experience in the Ag industry with 8 years of experience at Bane-Welker Equipment. I enjoy working outside and having a different “job” almost every day. The biggest challenge that I have is keeping up with changing technology. I have had a few difficult jobs they usually revolve around planters in one aspect or another.

I mainly focus on Precision Planting, Ag Leader and OEM products. Seeing how the industry has evolved over the years has been one of my favorite things about this job. I have 11 years total experience in the Ag Industry with 2 Years' experience with Bane-Welker Equipment. I enjoy helping Growers work through problems with solutions we offer the most in my role. The biggest challenge that I face in my role is that Precision Ag is a fast-paced industry that is constantly evolving and having to know so many different product lines.

I have a specialized interest in water management solutions. These products include SD Drain, Trimble, and Ag Leader tile plow control systems in addition to Crary Tile Plows. I joined Bane-Welker a little over 6 months ago after graduating from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining BWE, I gained experience with precision technology from the extensive use of it on our own farm. I’ve enjoyed the opportunities to travel for training. One such opportunity included traveling to Colorado for Trimble dealer training. It was neat to increase my knowledge of Trimble products during the day and travel around the mountains in the evenings. I enjoy the variety of work that comes with the job. Some days I get to visit with growers and learn about their operations and other days I get to help them get up in running from a recent problem with their equipment. Ultimately, I find it rewarding to see growers benefit from the use of precision technology on their farms.

I specialize in the sales and service of auto guidance systems including Trimble, AgLeader, Case IH, and Raven branded systems. I also enjoy assisting customers with their agronomic operation data needs. I have been with Bane-Welker for just a little over 6 months but have been involved with the seed and agronomy segment of the ag industry for 10 years in various roles. I specifically spent the most time in the seed research sector. Over these years, I gained hands on experience with various forms of precision technology including several of the same systems I work with in my current role. Some of my favorite moments are spent learning and networking with the great team at Bane-Welker, across many departments. I especially enjoyed early on in my time, going on ride alongs with Justin and Stacy and getting to travel the state and gaining hands on experience. I enjoy working closely with our farmer customers. I especially enjoy getting to be a part of their operation and strive to bring a positive impact to their farm. Another aspect of my job I enjoy is getting the opportunity to perform AFS set ups on new equipment before it heads to the farm.

I focus on the data management side of precision agriculture. I work with growers and help them organize and understand the data they have accumulated over the seasons. Through this, I show the growers the values of using my.caseIH.com and the potential the website has for their operation. I started working for Bane-Welker in October 2022, and I hit the ground running on the data side. I grew up on a family farm, and in college I worked on both ends of precision agriculture and in data analyzing/management. My favorite part of being on the AFS team is how we are a big family. Each member on my team has a special talent that they bring to the table.
